At your Schematics file click in the page and press t+o. then go to "Advanced" mode.
Now search your part name or description, check "Available libraries" then click "Search"
TIP: If you search on "Available path" it will search on every library that you have in your path. If you have a lot of libraries probably your results will be too hard to filter and the search will take longer. Try always to use the "Available libraries" option to search. Is a good practice to install the libraries you know you'll need before start searching your components. To do so, check this post.
If you have already several installed libraries, try to deactivate those you won't need.
TIP2: To be even faster, you can press t+o+(hold)shift+End+( write your
keyword)+Enter.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now look at your results in the "Libraries" workpanel and use the keyboard "arrow down" to check the components one by one.
You should select your component based on the symbol and footprint. Don't mind about value now, you'll need to edit the values later on, after placing the component in your sheet.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Select your part, pick and drag to the sheet
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To zoom in and out click the scrow button and drag forward/backwards or hold ctrl and scrow up/down.
TIP: Sometimes your zoom is too in and is hard to navigate. To go back to full page zoom press v+d
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To pan navigate, press and hold right click and move around.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To rotate your component select it and press spacebar
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To copy a component (or even a complete section of your schematics) select it, hold shift, hold click and drag to another place then release the click button to the new location.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To place ground or power click at the

Press Tab to change the Net label of your power connection. You can nominate "+12" or "+5" or "D_GND" for example.
Attention! If you nominate your first net as +12V and in the next one 12V, 12, +12v or any other name you'll create another label, be carreful! Always use the exact same name case sensitive.
Attention2! If your project has more than one schematics, all power nets will be connected together, so if you have for example 2 Vcc that should be different between the schematics, name they different.
TIP: if you press p+o you'll select the last power element you've selected
TIP2: You can also copy the power element using the hold shift technique explained above.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
While the power port tool is selected a power symbol will be attached to your cursor. To exit the tool use the mouse's right click or press "Esc"
Alright! Now is just practice to get used to this interface :)
